Refund Policy
Effective date: January 2024. This policy explains conditions under which refunds or revisions may be requested for MarketInsightsPh services.
1. Scope
This policy applies to bespoke reports, subscriptions, advisory engagements, and dashboard services provided by MarketInsightsPh.
2. Eligibility
Refunds are considered when deliverables materially deviate from the agreed scope documented in engagement letters.
3. Cancellation Window
Written cancellations submitted within five business days of project kick-off may qualify for partial refunds subject to resource allocation.
4. Service Dissatisfaction
Clients should notify MarketInsightsPh within seven days of delivery if outputs do not meet expectations. We aim to resolve through revisions first.
5. Investigation Process
Upon receiving a request, a review team assesses documentation, deliverables, and communications to determine appropriate remedies.
6. Resolution Options
Resolutions may include additional analysis, revised deliverables, service credits, or partial refunds depending on findings.
7. Exclusions
Refunds are not provided for delays caused by incomplete client inputs, external dependencies, or changes in strategy beyond our control.
8. Subscription Services
Subscriptions may be downgraded or cancelled with 30-day written notice. Refunds are pro-rated based on unused months.
9. Timelines
We aim to resolve refund inquiries within 14 business days of receiving complete documentation.
10. Payment Method
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
11. Documentation
Requests must include engagement references, deliverable names, and a description of the issue.
12. Appeals
Clients may escalate decisions to our Managing Director within seven days of receiving the resolution.
13. Amendments
MarketInsightsPh may update this policy and will notify active clients of significant changes.
